Dr. Mark M. Ruff
Dr. Matt R. Ingram
Dr. Matt was raised in Marietta, Ohio. He graduated from Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2005. He was happy to return to his hometown and join his father, Dr. Greg Ingram in practice.
Dr. Matt and his wife, Cara, enjoy spending time with their four young children, Eden, Vincent, Josephine “JJ” and Tony.
Dr. Ellen B. Vandenberg
Dr. Vandenberg was raised in Lowell, Ohio. She received a bachelor’s degree in Food Science from The Ohio State University, followed by a doctorate degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Dr. Vandenberg furthered her training by completing an Ocular Disease Residency at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center.
Dr. Vandenberg is a member of both the Ohio and American Optometric Associations.
In her free time Dr. Vandenberg enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband, Max, and dog, Theo. She is excited to return home and provide eye care to the MOV.
Dr. Kylee D. Swingle
Dr. Swingle was born and raised in McConnelsville, Ohio. She earned her doctorate from University of Pikeville – Kentucky College of Optometry where she was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society.
Dr. Swingle is a member of both the Ohio and American Optometric Associations.
She and her husband, Robbie, enjoy spending time with their son, Beau, traveling and the outdoors. She is happy to be back home providing eye care in Washington and Morgan counties.
Dr. Max E. Rennaker
Dr. Rennaker was born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI. He was a member of Michigan State University’s Honors College for his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and furthered his education at The Ohio State University College of Optometry, earning his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2018.
Dr. Rennaker is a member of both the Ohio and American Optometric Associations.
When Dr. Rennaker is not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Ellen and dog, Theo, as well as golfing, hiking and traveling. He looks forward to seeing you, and your family, for all your eye care needs!
Lora A. Stavrakis, Practice Administrator
Lora was born and raised in Parkersburg/Vienna, West Virginia. She received a Bachelor’s Degree of Applied Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing and Management from West Virginia University at Parkersburg.
She began her optical career in 1990 and is an Ohio Dual Licensed Optician.
Lora is certified from the American Board of Opticianry and the National Contact Lens Examiners and is a member of the National Academy of Opticianry.
In her free time she most enjoys spending time with her three boys, Aaron, Corey and Evan.
Together they enjoy traveling, snow skiing, hiking, biking, wakeboarding and family trips to Snowshoe Mountain.
